The Winchester Wasteway is a wastewater drainage system of Irrigated farm land water and empting into O"Sullivan Resivour. This is a popular fishing and hunting area with easy access off of I-90. This is a public hunting and fishing area. Private Property is on the East and it plainly posted.
The Cache is located .90 mile north of the North Frontage Road near the I-90 Winchester Rest Area. You can drive within a very short distance of the cache. Original contents were a log book pencil, ring band, Action men free drink bottle cap, and batteries.
