This cache is located in Cabin John Regional Park. For those who like to hike a bit, park in the parking lot for the Lotus Grove Nature Center on Democracy Boulevard. You will find the trail head near the Nature Center. For those who want to take a more direct route, well I think you will be able find another parking lot and another path with the help of a map.
Some caches have prizes for the first to find. This cache has prizes for the first 100 to find. I recently came into possession of approximately 100 crab pins. My immediate thought -- cache prizes. Everyone who finds this cache should take a pin with them. If you find the cache as part of a team, each team member should take a pin. There is no need to trade for the crab pins. The pin is your prize for being one of the elite first 100 people to find the cache. So even if you do not want to trade, I hope to see "Took Crab Signed Log" instead of "TNSL." There are also a number of regular trade items in the cache.
The elite first 100 cachers have come and gone, so the pins are now gone.
