Geocache Description:

This Cache is located in Ainsworth State forest with a view of the village of East Brookfield. The cache can be found without digging, until the snow gets more than 3 feet deep.

Parking (roadside pull off) at trailhead on route 14 is at N44 04.145, W072 34.091
An alternate parking that is plowed out can be found at N44 03.716, W072 33.901 (do not block driveway).

Check your topographic-maps… about 500 feet elevation change in .33 miles.
It is very steep to go “as a crow flies” but I did mange this climb and descend the steep way (terrain level 4 stars) with snowshoes in the middle of February.
Or there is an old logging road that sort of fades in and out. It is about .6 mile each way, using this logging road that circles/ziz-zags to the south of the cache.
From the trailhead go SE up a steep logging road.

The Coordinates will lead you to the lookout point. The cache is about 75 feet north of the lookout point.
This is a 1.3-gallon Rubbermaid clear box.
Original contents include:
The logbook and pencils,

Watertight CAMERA. Please take a picture of yourself, and then put the camera back in the cache, and write the photo number in the log book next to your Log.

The Cache can also be accessed from my North View Cache. Its partly log road, and partly bushwhack.
