Geocache Description:

When placed this cache contained: Several ancient indian artifacts, a Bang & Olufsen bottle cap opener and Jeep 4x4 Travel Bug (#2441).

This cache at the turn around of a dead end of a county maintained dirt road in Henry County, Alabama in a primitive public use area. The turn around also serves as a parking area for people who fish off the banks of the Chattahoochee River.

The road is well maintained, but I strongly suspect it would be very slippery when wet due to exposed clay in the road, so I would only attempt this cache during dry weather.

At the end, the road runs parallel with the river for a short distance. The cache is on the side AWAY from the river so there is no need to get close to the river bank.
