Chuck Walla: Greetings from Geocaching.com!

Since you have not responded to my reviewer log about your cache, the cache has been archived.

Some time ago, I posted a note to your cache page requesting a response from you to post what you were planning to do with the cache on the page and to send me a note. I have no record of a response, and no response tells me that you are not planning on replacing or repairing this cache. If I am wrong with that assumption, please let me know promptly. I can always unarchive the cache for you if needed.

Sincerely,

Geocache Description:

A pirates chest in a large municipal park , filled with stuff for kids.

This will require a bit of a walk for the kids, take water , mosquito repellent ( also for ticks ), Be sure each kid gets a toy regardless of what you may have to trade , we keep this well supplied . This is not a waterproof chest and MUST be re-covered as you find it. Re-place the lid, then two large rubber bands, then double the tarp and secure over the entire chest , then cover the tarp with the cammo cloth , then cover the cloth with twigs , leaves ,debris ,etc, then cover your trail or path with leaves ...dont leave a pathway to the treasure ,it ruins the hunt for the next little pirate. When you leave , you should not be able to recognize the cache from more than 4-5 feet away. Take your time , be a good pirate , bury and hide your treasure carefully . If you are the FTF on this , you will ot that it is well hidden..please help keep this cache fun for future little pirates. Happy caching. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO VISIT THIS CACHE MORE THAN ONCE , ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS NEW TO THE SPORT. I added stuffed animals, pirates telescopes, pirate chest banks, compasses , key chains , etc. to the cache today, May 1. You DO NOT have to bushwack to get to this cache..park by the ballfield , look past the yield sign toward the power lines, you will see a large aluminum pole , enter here , go to the power line and you will see a 4 wheeler trail to your left, follow the trail to within 20ft of the cache..if you bushwack you will run into poison ivy , ticks , bugs, etc. This trail was actually made by wagons as the pirates pulled the chest to its hiding spot.
