A short hike through the Wissahickon will lead you to an interesting monument remembering some Philadelphia history.
Take Henry Ave to Hermit's Lane. Parking won't be a problem.
Any of the trails should get you going in the right direction. If a trail turns to mush, you can always go back. There is a dry trail to the cache. You'll just have to find it.
A flashlight might be useful if you are visiting on overcast days or during dusk.
