One of many TNLNSL caches to be placed in cache poor South East San Diego, CA.
The cache is so named because of two reasons:

| When I got the coordinates of the cache position, I converted them into RADIANS.
Then I Added them and Multiplied them.
What I got was:
WEST + NORTH = 2.614842686027
WEST * NORTH = 1.167099119533
