Plan B Mystery Cache

The above coordinates are not the coordinates of the cache. The cache is an ammo can just off the trail in the largest forested natural area within city limits in the United States.
Take a look at the attached table. Most of the numbers have been randomly generated but, if you look carefully, a pattern will emerge and you will be able to discern latitude and longitude coordinates. It may take you daze or it may take you nights but I'm sure you will find it. (P.S. if the coordinates you find are not located within Forest Park, you should give it another go)
Note 1: This is called the "Plan B" cache because I had what I thought was a clever idea that turned out to be unworkable and needed a plan b. When you sign the log, you may notice that the book lists a different cache name.
Note 2: The cache is within about 10 feet of the trail but you do actually step off (although we’ve been working our way through Forest Park and there are much worse). Let me know what you think about the placement.
