coasternut: I'm going to archive this listing since I couldn't find a safe place for stage 2, so it won't get muggled again. I did find a spot but a turtle beat me to it. Look for Pompano Snow II to replace it as a regular cache, not a multi. I should get more visits with that one.

Geocache Description:

Park and trails now finally reopened 3/15/06 post Hurricane Wilma. Only a 2 stage multicache. Don't feed the animals. This is a county park, so hours are subject to change with all the budget crisis.
Right now the park is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Hours 9 - 5 (as of May 2010)

This is a multi-stage cache (small + small final cache). Initial coordinates for stage 1. Inside stage 1 you'll find the final coordinates. It's okay to veer off paved trail heading north on "snow." This is called the Sand Pine Trail. It's is now reopened since Hurricane Wilma. Please rehide all caches properly. Major tree and vegetation removal post Wilma make this much easier now.
