On State Highway 4
A vision of the Madonna was claimed some years ago, and later others reported to have seen visions of a angel above the falls. The water from the falls were purported to have healing powers.
Local people frequently stop to sprinkle the water on themselves for divine protection for their journey. The site was blessed by a local "Prophet" in 1975
The words on the tablet is a Prayer.

Interpreted as:
"Mother of Angel
Father Mother Son
Blessed Spirit
Amen".
The cache is NOT in the immediate vacinity if the Falls. Look for the Geodetic Bench Mark(pic), you are very close...
