Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Fourth fantastic fun-filled family festive frolic weekend to be held somewhere in the South East of South Australia over the Queens Birthday long weekend 11, 12, & 13 June 2005.

Start packing your bags for the next SA geocachers winter weekend get-together. Put this cache on your watchlist and you will be notified of changes as we refine the details. See you there.

The event will be based at the Wirreanda Campsite, Naracoorte Caves. There is plenty of unpowered campsites, nine powered campsites, Homestead and bunkhouse to sleep up to 60 people in various rooms accommodating 2, 4, 6, or even 8 people to a dormitory. Phone 08 8762 2340 to book, as always first in, best dressed. For those who prefer more luxury there are a number of motels and B&Bs in Naracoorte 12 km away.

Friday night - Informal gathering for the early arrivals.
Saturday
1100 - Briefing for the weekend events. If you are unable to make it to Naracoorte before this time please notify us and we can set you up beforehand.
1130-1600 - Navigation Run, this is a new feature where teams will be required to navigate to certain places and duplicate certain features to prove their accuracy. Teams will also hide their competition caches during this session.
1600-1730 - GPS games organised by Freddo, perhaps some old favourites perhaps with a devilish Freddo twist.
1800 -Dinner
1930 - diiner at the Kincraig Hotel, see the note below
Sunday
0930 -Briefing
1000-1600 -The Main Event, find the caches.
1800 -Shared dinner followed by amusements, presentations and post-mortems.

Could each team bring $5 entry fee, a gift/prize (up to $20 value), bring your digital cameras, UHF radios and, if you can fit it in, some firewood and of course your costumes and props for your performance on Sunday night and don't forget your GPS!
