Un curioso cache cerca de los repetidores locales del Cerro de San Cristóbal, más popularmente conocido como 'Monte Victoria' o 'Monte de las Tres Letras'. (Wikipedia)

A curious cache next to the local radio repeaters on 'Cerro de San Cristóbal', more known as 'Monte Victoria' or 'Monte de las Tres Letras'.

El caché en sí es un recipente alargado de PVC de unos 20cm de largo en el interior de otro tubo mayor del mismo material que se encuentra semienterrado y disimulado con algunas piedras.
Para abrir el cache en primer lugar hay que quitar el tapón del tubo mayor tirando hacia arriba del cordel. A continuación se sigue tirando del tapón hasta que el tubo pequeño quede fuera. Para abrir el tubo menor tan sólo hay que tirar del cordel que lo une al tapón grande. Se ruega dejar todo bien cerrado, muchas gracias.
En el interior del cache sólo hay un libro de visitas en forma de pergamino y un bolígrafo, ya que difícilmente se puede meter algo más.

English:

The cache in itself is a PVC elongated tube which is about 8" lenghth inside another bigger tube made of the same material and half-buried and disimulated with some rocks.
In order to open the cache, firstly you have to remove the biggest tube cap pulling the cord up. Continue by pulling the cap to take out the little tube. To open it, just pull firmly the cord joining it to the cap. Please left everything properly closed, thank you a lot.
Inside the cache there are only a scrollable logbook and a pen, as anything else could be hardly contained.
