Geocache Description:

This cache is in a green ammo can off a trail southwest of Blue Diamond. There is a climb to get to the cache.

The trailhead for this cache is at N36 deg 2.680 min, W115 deg 24.267 off Cerritos Street in Blue Diamond. One of the trails leads southwest out of town and up a wash. Take this trail until the GPS points off to the left towards a cave just below the ridge. The cache is not in the cave but close and the cave marks how high you must climb. After this cache you may want to go to its brother cache, Blue Diamond II, which is further up the trail. This trail is popular with mountain bikers. Watch out for desert critters.
