Geocache Description:

Another great view along the beaches of Narragansett Bay

The Longmeadow Fishing Area was once a busy spot for fishermen and boater's. There is a outdated boat ramp nearby and you can still see the pilings that once held the Boathouse, where one could buy seafood, bait, tackle and even candy. There is a parking area at the Eastern end of Samual Gorton Ave. The cache contains a logbook, a pen and 3 plastic army men. Enjoy!
