Geocache Description:


In honor of a cacher who, had he not decided to hide caches, I would not be a cacher either.

Upon starting Geocaching, I had no handheld GPS unit, only my Streetpilot 2620 mounted in my car. Suffice to say I was rather limited on what I could and could not hunt. However, I could almost always count on Leadsinger to have a cache that was not only 100% car friendly, but also easy to find. It really was a nice warmup into the world of caching. Now, after I have found 100+, I am paying my respects to the man by dedicating a cache to him and placing it somewhere that he "should" have put one, but didn't. Only a slight chance of vendor muggles to be wary about here.

I will now quote what I consider to be the 2 most famous LL's (Leadsinger Lines) for you.

"This container, once you locate it, must be opened by unscrewing it apart (don't pull it apart). Be sure to return the log as compactly as you found it; if you have trouble getting the log out, a straightened paperclip or the nail file portion of a nail clipper work well to get it started."

And..

"Be sure to log a waypoint back to your car"

Most of you will understand exactly what you are looking for and will be smiling at the latter statement. For those of you who are scratching your heads, may I suggest that you find some Leadsinger caches. :)
