This is an easy cache in a spot which sheltered and ideal for the family to take a break from the journey.
When in this spot it is easy to hear why the Roaring Meg Stream got it's name. Over the road is a lookout with veiws of the Kawerau river and power station.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF CROSSING THE ROAD
The cache is a 1.5 litre camo painted snap lock container not visible from any distance. It is hidden about half a metre above ground. It contained when hidden some trading items.
