Lactodorum: Hi, this looks like the cache needs some TLC. Could the owner please undertake a maintenance visit to check it out and replace any damaged items. In the meantime I'm archiving it but I'll happily consider unarchiving it if/when it's sorted assuming it still meets the guidelines.

Geocache Description:

A standard cache hidden adjacent to Sherwood Wood and the main line.

He stole from the rich to give to the poor. He lived quite close to the A1 corridor. Legend, of course, in its present-day Hollywood version, invariably presents Robin Hood as an outlaw who hid in Sherwood Forest, Nottingham. However, it is more likely that the character which Robin Hood is based on probably travelled about the country from place to place, and possibly spent some time in this region.
Sherwoods Wood exists today as part of Watford Heath, immediately to the east of the railway-line and west of Oxhey Grange and, although it is undoubtedly modern, its name echoes that of Sherwood Forest.

Parking can be found on nearby residential streets.

In order to retrieve the cache you must not enter railway land.
