A beautiful cemetery! Or should we say TWO!
We think this is one of the nicest pioneer cemeteries we've seen. Check out both sides of the road. There are cemeteries on both sides...locally known as the Helms Cemetery.
Make sure you visit on a nice day, because you WILL want to look around. The first names of those that have been layed to rest here are truly amazing. The next nice day, I plan to return and write down names and post them here. If you're looking for the name of your next child....visit here for some ideas. Even found my daughters unusual name....

The wildlife in this area is great too. Heard some Rufous Sided Towhees, saw and heard a Kingfisher fly overhead and saw a male and female Downey Woodpecker playing. Very peaceful!
NOTE: As in all of our cemeteries, caches are hidden as to not disturb the stones. Please be respectful of the cemeteries and do not pick up stones that have fallen or are stacked. We have not hidden any caches under stones. Cemeteries are dawn to dusk visiting. This is for your safety and neighbors peace of mind.
