This cache has been had lots of DNFs lately..We don't live in Lubbock anymore and won't be up that way any time soon. I'm going to temporarily update the description here to indicate exactly what you are looking for so maybe we can determine once and for all if the cache is there or missing. The cache is an eight-ish inch container in the shape of a padlock. It should be attached to a bike rack near the art building.
We looked and looked all around campus for an appropriate place to put the cache. We found several but they were always just a little too close to another cache. We finally stumbled upon this location and we couldn’t be happier with it.
There are several benches in the area. You can take time to sit and enjoy the art, the fountain or just people watch.
Speaking of people, there will be lots of muggles in the area on weekdays, but evenings and weekends might not have as much traffic.
Parking may be an issue. Free parking may not be readily available but pay parking is right around the corner. If you find a good free spot let us know and we’ll post it on the page.
Once you find the cache you’ll need to use your GPSr again to sign the log.
