Geocache Description:

The Bur Mil event will be held at Bur Mil park in shelter #5 on Saturday, May 14th beginning at 9am. The shelter can handle 50 to 60 people so we should be in good shape. Coordinates above are to the parking area nearest the shelter.

We'll provide hot dogs, buns, condiments, and paper products. Please bring additional items to complete the meal... drinks, side dishes (potato salad, cole slaw, beans, etc), desserts, and whatever else you like. It might be good to check the logs to see what other folks are bringing so there aren't too many duplicates.

To get an idea how many folks will show up, please log the number in your party that will be in attendance and what you intend to bring.

For those new to caching, there are lots of caches in the area. And for those who have cached the area dry... we plan to place a few just for this event. There is a trail head right next to the shelter! Also, there is a small playground, volleyball court, and horseshoe pit very close by.
