This Puzzlemania is part of the "Dash for Cache 05" competition, but can be done by anyone - just ignore the codeword in the logbook. There used to be three locations in total, Location 1, Location 2, and Final Location (GZ), but Location 2 has now been bypassed.
Note: The posted co-ordinates are bogus.
Location 1:
To find the co-ordinates of Location 1, you will need to solve the following puzzle.
The First Puzzle:
Six geocaching teams have moved to a new location, all living on one side of a street. The houses are numbered sequentially from 1 to 6. (e.g. House #3 is between #2 and #4, not #1 and #5). Clues are given pertaining to the house number, colour, their car, and their pet.
Work out the house numbers of each team, then use them to calculate the final co-ordinates.
Clues:
1. Alan-san lives next to Maccamob
2. The green house is right between the house with the Donkey and the house with the Porsche
3. Boodi own the tiger
4. Kiwideb lives in a higher numbered house than the house with the zebra
5. The green house is right between Alan-san and the house with the Rolls Royce
6. The white house is right between Maccamob and the house with the Maserati
7. The Ferrari belongs to the purple house
8. The donkey lives right between Kiwideb and Biggles Bear
9. Kiwideb owns the Lamborghini
10. Biggles Bear live right between the yellow house and the house with the zebra
11. The Ferrari belongs to a house with a higher number than the yellow house
12. The blue house is right between Boodie and the house with the Rolls Royce
13. Biggles Bear own the green house
14. Muzza lives in a higher numbered house than Maccamob
15. The chimpanzee lives right between the donkey and the tiger
16. The blue house has a higher number than the green house
17. The elephant lives at a higher numbered house than the horse

Location 1 originally was at S 38° 19.XXX E 144° 42.YYY. However, this whole area is overgrown and unsuitable for a container placement. A new container has been placed nearby. To calculate the new location, subtract 0.017 from the South co-ords and subtract 0.003 from the East co-ords.
It is a 1 litre Sistema box containing clues for the second puzzle. Please take a copy of the clues. Let me know when they are running short.

Location 2 has gone!
The viewing platform at location 2 has been completely replaced and the container has disappeared. So it is now being bypassed. To find the final location, use your calculated co-ordinates for Location 2, and add the offsets shown below.
To find the co-ordinates of original Location 2, you need to solve a small cross-number - like a crossword but with numbers. The required clues can be found in the container at location 1.
As location 2 has gone, DON'T GO THERE! Add the following offsets to your calculated co-ordinates for Location 2 to determine GZ.
Add 0° 01.403 to the southerly co-ordinates and 0° 02.365 to the easterly co-ordinates.
It is a 400 ml Sistema clip top box.
