It has been a while since I first looked at Smokers Paradise (Tobacco Island). I can't find any recent responses about maintaining this cache so it will be archived and removed from the active cache listings.

When you have repaired this cache, drop me a line and I can review it again for listing on the geocaching.com site.

If you don't care to continue on with this project, please remove any remaining cache bits from the area.

Geocache Description:

A fairly long walk

The cache is hidden in a public use area. This means that the area is open to hunting during open seasons. For you safety and consideration of the hunters, if you look for the cache during hunting season, please wear blaze orange or just wait until a better time to look. This is also the busiest time at the location so mugglers are everywhere. Beware.

Before you make the long drive to get there, be advised that the cache is on an island. You will have to swim, wade, boat, or figure some way to cross the chute. I waded it and the water was between waist and chest deep depending on where i crossed.

The cache container is a 30 cal ammo can. The contents are:
Camera (please take a picture of yourself)
book
logbook (forgot a pencil so please bring one)
Benchmark brass cap
stress ball
avon cologne bottle (makes the cache smell pretty)
ball cap
American flag
