Geocache Description:

This cache is located off of the Appalachain Trail. The hike in is approximately 3 miles. Full hike: 6 miles. The path in is rocky, has a gradual incline and one steep decline. The cache is hidden pretty well and some steep up and down treking is required to get to its location.

This is the second in a series of caches that are going to be placed in locations around the country to honor my late friend Rob Harrison. Rob was a lover of athletics and the outdoors. The fun that others will have while locating these caches will pay tribute to the fun loving attitude that Rob possessed and shared with us all.

This cache is located off of the Appalachain Trail by an old dam. Word has it that the dam was used to concentrate water to a town power plant down stream. Really cool spot, with plenty of camp sites available. The cache is a green topped plastic container. It is relatively well hidden. You will most likely need to use hint(s). Hint puts you in general area.

The cache is being watched and serviced by my father-in-law. His call name is fivestar1.
