A fun desert drive, then up the mountain goat trail to the cache.
Start out in Primm at the parking lot behind the roller coaster. Follow the power line road across the desert then up the mountain. Once at the top, follow your GPS and the wooden power line road to the cache. Awsome mountain and desert views await you. I didn't need the 4x4 but high clearance is recommended.
