Geocache Description:


This is an easy cache just a few blocks off Marine Corp drive. Park at 13.27.786N-144.41.574E and proceed up the trail to the guns. They are 20cm(5.5inch) Japanese naval guns which were placed to stop the Yanks from taking back the island. These guns were never fired but are only the second set of guns on Guam which are still in there original fortifications. This is a nice sleepy little town with rosters crowing and children playing in the streets. Watch out for the chickens on the road, they have the right-of-way. This cache is an ammo box and contains a log and pencil.
