olliethecollie: Archiving this cache as i'm moving house, and will not be in a position to maintain it in the future. It's been here for 2 / 3 years, and has had plenty of use, but i think caches have a finite lifespan, and one's about up. It'll be replaced by another cache in different area, as soon as time allows.

Geocache Description:

A short, but steep walk from Kirkby Lonsdale, with great views of Devil's Bridge and the rest of the town.

This is a regular sized lunch-box type cache container, hidden very close to the Kirkby - Low Biggins footpath. The hiding place DOES NOT require the dismantling or climbing over of any stone walls! Parking is easy close to Devil's Bridge, or in Kirkby Lonsdale (pay+display).

There is a nice circular walk from Kirkby to Whittington (nice pub in Whittington) which takes you along the Lune, then through whittington, coming back via the cache location. I can email a more detailed description if you want it.

Please ensure that the cache is replaced EXACTLY where you find it.
