Geocache Description:

Parking is in a gravel pull-off across the road from the cache. Just walk across to it. Be careful, cars come around the turn at 40+ mph, they usually slow down as soon as they see you though.

This is a gorgeous view of the sunset and the Delaware Water Gap in the summer looking across Lake Susquehanna, the original site of the airport in 1925-1926. This may appear to be a cache-and-dash due to its proximity to the parking area, but don't let that fool you! Take a look at the name again. The catch to this one, and hence the higher difficulty, is that you must include three species of ducks or geese that you saw at the lake in your log. It may take several visits to do this. Different cachers may log the same species (or this cache would quickly kill itself). Only then may you sign the logbook and post a find. I will have to take it on your honour that you actually saw the species you name. There really is a micro cache at this site with space to trade small, flat items. The other catch is that you may not log Mute Swans, Mallards, Canada Geese, or any domesticated fowl. That's where it gets tricky. Spring and fall migration are your best bets. Some of the waterfowl I have seen here and in area lakes in the past are Snow Geese, Wood Ducks, Redheads, Black Ducks, Greater Scaup, Buffleheads, Ruddy Ducks, Hooded & Common Mergansers, and a Black Swan to get you started. Good luck and happy geocaching!
