Geocache Description:

An easy to moderate hike in Malibu Creek State Park. Approximately 3 miles round trip, through the pre-governor Ronald Reagan Ranch land. Equal amounts of sun and shade.
From the trail head parking on Mulholland drive take the Look Out trail to the Yearling trail to the Deer leg trail
Parking:N 34 06.311 W 118 43.902

Miss Tickle, the local medicine woman, was asked by the sheriff to help track suspected cattle rustler and bank robber P. Whew Heffer. Although often regarded as touched or eccentric, she did have a reputation as an excellent tracker. Her tracking methods, however, proved to be a bit too odd for the sheriff so he left her and went his own way and Miss Tickle went hers.

Follow Miss Tickle’s peculiar advice. (Your cords will sketchy because of the canopy) then write down the scrambled sentence clues at #1,2&3. Put the clues together with#4 and good luck “Finding Heffer” GCNAKE
Do the caches in sequence 1,2,3,4.

"The Brownies I know live off the beaten path, under roots and in the grass. When Heffer passes by, they dance in delight, for they steal his food when he sleeps at night. Follow the path till it’s blocked by a tree, there you will meet one with a message for thee."

Stay on the yearling trail to connect to the deer leg trail.
Off trail but no brush busting necessary. The Little People have cleared the poison oak from their path so if your finding it unavoidable your heading in the wrong way!
