Geocache Description:

Footpaths and bridleways - slightly hilly

Pednor Pair

Out in the "badlands" beyond Chesham there exists a veritable network of footpaths and bridleways which link the narrow roads which run along both the ridges and valleys of this pleasant landscape. If you proceed to the given coordinates you will find yourselves in a very affluent part of the country. All distances are measured from the centre of the road equidistant from two pairs of atypical objects.

To make an excursion to this remote part of Bucks more rewarding I have placed two caches as a pair, named silver and nickel, in due respect of atypical items, within easy walking distance.

From here "The Centre" it is 0.44 miles NW to "Silver". Between Ni and Ag it appears to be 0.46 miles in a SW-NE line. Just to make life easier there is a good place to park a car or two at 51N43.244 0W39.511. From the car park Pednor is 0.38 miles SW and Ag 0.45 miles W.

If you had some more coordinates you could construct a cocked hat to make life easier!

The cache is a small container about 1 litre in capacity.

Please take care whilst driving in the locality as the roads are narrow and it is a very popular horse riding area.
