macatac1961: I went to check on this cache today and found the ammo can and the contents of the cache missing. Whoever took it left the logbook in the hiding spot. I don't understand that so I won't be hiding another in this spot.

Edgewood Oak Brush Plains Preserve

This .30 cal ammo box is hidden initially for LIGO's 2005 CITO event. Containing the usual cache stuff as well as a handful of trash bags which I'm hoping to get some of my friends to fill up and bring to the parking area.

This one is also starting with a TB. Nice easy walk along the blue trail with the cache only a few steps from the trail. Should there still be some bags left in the cache after the event feel free to help out a bit. There's not much chance of cleaning this great place completely but every little bit helps. Not a requirement to log the find.

The Edgewood Oak Brush Plains Preserve is NYS DEC managed property and the proper permits are needed to access the land.
