If you go for this
cache - Be Warn! This is not for the faint of heart. The
location is very remote and the climb up to the cache is
short, but steep! You will have to work for this one.
Take US 127 about 3 miles South of Jamestown, KY - Turn onto HWY
55 for about 3 miles, then turn onto HWY 1058 and turn left onto
379 and follow turning left at Ghost Town and continue on until you
come to the "Rock House" sign. Drive down and parking will be
available. It might be helpful to have your GPS on when approaching
the Cache so you will not miss the "Rock House" sign.
Upon the walk upto the "Natural Bridge" a path should be noticed
to the left that will lead to the top of this formation. Follow
this path to lead to the vacinity of the cache.
This cache is a regular Ammo Can - Well Hidden. It contains a
several objects including stuff for kids. However, young kids
should be kept close at all time. I would not label the terrain as
kid friendly, but a friend of mine 6 year old daughter regularly
makes this climb.
I will have the watch the post (if there are any) to determine
if the rating needs to be adjusted either up or down. Have
Fun!!
