Geocache Description:

It's not a large ammo box anymore. Some wanted it more than we. At least they left the contents. It's now a good yellow plastic container put in by another cacher, JDubPooch, while we were out of the area. You can drive very close, but don't go to far or you may need a 4x4. We checked the area on hot days and no desert critters at this time, but as always, be careful where you walk and place your hands.

This cache was placed because we won the ammo box at the Fool's Dinner #5 event and wanted to place it somewhere in the area. We park nearby this hide a couple times a year and thought some would like to have a cache here.
The dinner was good and also cheap. Tomato's Pizza Buffet was very accommodating for a large group. We know at least 71 people showed up and we're sure some didn't get a ticket for the prize.
Sorry to say the Pizza place is not there anymore.
