He noticed that the sloop had a geocaching license plate holder, so he tied his boat to make a careful inspection. He then noticed that there was a note attached Up The Mast. It appeared like the note was addressed to him, but it also had some names and numbers (perhaps phone numbers, but he wasn't sure).
