Well, taking this road certainly won't get you to Scotland, but it will lead you to the cache.
On a small brass tag at the coordinates above are two groups of three numbers each. These numbers represent the decimal portion of the minutes for the latitude and longitude, respectively. The degrees and whole minutes are the same as the coordinates above.

The cache container is a small clear container with a geocaching sticker on the lid. Inside are various items, mostly keychains and the like, along with a small log book, several golf pencils and a sharpener. Please don't take the sharpener or the pencils. (Alright, if you really need a pencil, take one as long as there's more than one left.)
