The coordinates at the top of the page are for parking. Decrypt the
message below for the final coordinates to the cache, which is a
green ammo box. This cache was formerly called Bailey's Pigpen, but
recently Baily's Reservation has been renamed Nat Smith
Reservation, so I thought it was appropriate to rename it Nat
Smith's Pigpen.
There may be two different ways to interpret this decryption. You
may have to try a couple of times until the coordinates make sense.
