This Cache is located in Gunnersbury Park, West London quite close to Acton and Chiswick. The A4 and M4 are close by and the nearest underground Station is Acton Town.
This is a lovely Park which has a Boating Lake, 2 Pitch and Putt Golf courses, a Fishing Lake and Children's Playing area so there is plenty to do for the family. The Park used to be a Privatly owned estate which can traced back to the 17th Century, it's worth reading the information boards which are dotted about.
The Cache is hidden in the Eastern end of the Park in the vicinity of some old ruined buildings. The cache is a small circular container in a black plastic bag.
There is Parking in the Park at N51 29.979 W000 17.483 which can be accessed from Popes Lane. This is not a 24/7 Cache as the Park closes at Night times vary depending on the Time of year.
