This is the second cache I have placed in this park. It's name is the distance from my first cache. Suggest using parking lot on Zion road. There are many trails in the park. Take path down by the river. While it maybe slightly longer by river trail, it is a lot more scenic. This cache is a lot more visible than my first; however, it takes much longer to get there.
The cache is a 4"x4"x5" clear piece of tupperware. It is approximately 100 foot off of the path that I used; however, there are many paths in the area. It is located amoung some rocks but is clearly visible from 5~10 feet away. The distance, as the crow flys, is ~1 mile from parking lot to cache. Could be ~1.5 miles by the trail system. Suggest that you wear boots since it is muddy in places down by the river. Original contents of cache are key ring, soldier, monkey, marble, stamps, golf tees, souvenir change purse, and shoe laces.
