The TICO series is brought to you by Team TICO, a group of
Ontario Geocachers interested in preserving trading caches as part
of our hobby. Team TICO feels that geocaches containing interesting
and unique trading items are an important and enjoyable part of the
whole Geocaching experience. Historically, the original caches were
all trading caches. In order to maintain the quality of trade items
in caches, we believe that people should leave items of equal or
higher value to replace items taken whenever you make a trade.
Otherwise the trading items are reduced to an accumulation of
“junk” items of no interest to anyone – in essence a dead trading
cache. Our motto’s are:
“TRADE UP, TRADE EVEN, TRADE OFTEN” and “HELP KEEP THIS CACHE
TRASH FREE”.
Whenever you see our red and black logo on a cache, please
remember what it stands for and respect the intentions of those who
placed the cache.
