An easy walk from the nearby car park. A remote location that could be cycled to
On the day that wee Mo and I visited here for the first time it was pouring down.
This was the last day of three we spent in the area during which time Wee Mo went on and on about the Katy Morag stories and how the area reminded her of them. Maybe you`ve read them? I feel I now know every character.
This is the north west of Scotland as it used to be twenty or thirty years ago, before they blasted new roads out of bare rock and painted white lines down the middle of them. Yes, you have to work hard to get here, but it's worth the effort just to see it. Catch it while you can.
Enjoy the spectacular view as much as we did.
The cache is a small plastic food box wrapped in a green polly bag and contains a sequinned notebook and pen, a sea creature and a pack of playing cards.
