CONGRATULATIONS TO GOLDEN_SPIKE FOR THE FTF

NOTICE and WARNING. This container is an official geocache,
and has been hidden here so that other people may enjoy finding it,
and then leave it for others to find after them. Cachers never
remove someone’s geocache without the owner's permission. If you
remove a cache container without permission, you are
STEALING. This is a crime in
New York State. We call it larceny. If you are convicted of
any grade of larceny offense, you will have a permanent
criminal record that will be entered in the New York and
FBI’s national databases.
When an owner places a cache on public lands, the cache remains
the property of the owner. The fact that it is placed on public
land does not make it fair game for anybody to take. Think about
it: if I leave my bike at a public park, and you take it, you are
still stealing my bike.
So please be warned: more and more cache owners are taking steps
to protect their caches. This cache may be subject to video
surveillance. If you are seen taking or damaging this cache, or
conspiring with others to do so, you can be criminally charged for
this activity, regardless of your age. It is not funny, it is not a
prank, and it is not OK. Please don’t do it. Other people like to
have fun hunting for these caches, so please just leave this one
alone. It is the right thing to do. Thank you.
