Geocache Description:

Another old bridge remnant from the early 1900's. A short walk with some bushwacking.

You can park just off the nearby country road at coords of N39.39.013 W 087.59.070 It's a nice pull off, but there could be fishermen as it's a rather popular fishing hole. You might want to wait until such muggles leave. If you can figure the right path to the cache you will not have much stickers and thorns, otherwise you may come out with drops of blood dripping off you.
My memories here don't go back to this old bridge, but I do remember when they replaced the present one way back in the 40's. My Uncle lived just East and we came and played on the new hills they made when building the bridge.
This cache is the one I pulled out of "Big Old Lonesome Mulberry" with a new log book and still has the old stuff in it plus we added the Jeep travel bug that I picked up at Coal Miners cabin on my 100th find.
It was CITO Day when we did this one so we cleaned up lots of trash before we left.
