Millie's Lilies Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Jayhawk64: Five years after the hurricane, seeing little progress at the park, knowing the boardwalk will not be rebuilt and after talking to two Reviewers from the Netherlands at Going Caching 2023 who said they'd never allow this long a disabled, I've decided that it's time to archive one of my first hides.

Geocache Description:

The name should be clear once you arrive at this “best kept secret” in the Millville area of Panama City. This would be a park and grab if it weren’t for the 800 foot boardwalk that meanders through the wetlands and extends out into the lake.

As with many caches don’t make a beeline for the cache unless you have your swim suit. Follow the boardwalk that begins near the community center. A serene walk for nature lovers will bring you to the micro cache. If you take some time to enjoy the scenery, you may see some of nature’s finest flying fishermen.

While we were planting the cache wedding bells were ringing for a happy couple, but I suspect most of the time there won’t be a muggle problem.

This is a typical city park: open dawn to dusk and as with all micros, bring a pen.
