pdxmarathonman: As mentioned in the previous log, the cache has been compromised (to put it mildly). Additionally, I just had a conversation with a long-time THPRD employee (and long-time strong geocaching advocate) indicating that he has collected the remains of the cache contents that were strewn about the area of the cache placement.
The park district is in the process of decommissioning many of the minor trails that are making a spider-web of the trail system in the park. With that in mind, I have reluctantly decided it is time to let this cache be archived. I have enjoyed maintaining this cache that was originally placed by annakido, I hope she's not too disappointed in the termination of the cache.
I hope that the geocoin that was in the cache recently has ended up in a responsible cacher's hands.
