This cache is located in a very small park in the city of Olean. There is a memorial in the park for you to check out. Very close to the river but within the fenced area of the park.
The original container was muggled so I replaced it very close to where the other cache was. So close that the coords remained the same. It is now in a very small tupperware container. Please rehide it the same or maybe even better. No real bushwacking is required.
