This ia a nice walk in the Boxford State Forest
This is a traditional Tupperware cache. No bush whacking is required, from either of the two starting points.
The preferred entrance is from the eastern side of the park. Parking for two or three cars is available at
42 39.029 / 71 0.194. An additional car could park about a tenth of a mile SE further along the road.
Less attractive, but perhaps more varied, is the entrance at the SW corner of the park, at 42 38.556, 71 02.163.
There is room for ten or so cars, but the area is spoiled by all of the trash scattered about. This area was apparently a quarry, as there is still a pit in evidence.
Although there may be a more direct route, we have found that you have to head north a quarter mile or so before you actually head for the cache.
The round trip distance for either route is a bit over 3 miles.
