Geocache Description:

This is one of a series of rural cemetery caches. Each one is done a little differently. Containers range from micros to ammo boxes. All are cammo’d pretty well. That’s what I do.

Personally, I like to explore these old cemeteries. They are rich in history and often hidden away on some back road. I’ll even do it at night. The hides are all respectful of the local “inhabitants”. If the thought of searching these areas does not appeal to you, then by all means, don’t hunt these hides. But if you are open to exploring new areas, then these are for you.

PRAIRIE SPRINGS

This cemetery used to be on a seldom traveled back country road. It is still on the same back country road, but the area is being developed so fast, they might push the squatters out to build more houses. You cannot hunt this cache if there is a funeral in process as it is located at the pavilion. I am very proud of this hide. I hope you like it.
