Geocache Description:

A not too difficult uphill jaunt through to the top of Lake Knob.

Find your way to the Trailhead at N41 35.651 W076 37.903. Head on up this nice woodland trail and enjoy the forest and wildlife. On the day of cache placement I saw grouse, turkey, deer and many tracks. When you near the cache you will be approaching the summit. Upon arrival, fear not, although there are many apparent possible hiding spots I did not choose the more difficult. Standard ammo box. Seek and Ye shall find. Cache contents include compass, flashlight, cabriner, poncho, bug net, maps, movie CD, radio, tool set and whistle. There also is a cache camera. Please record/post the frame number so I can ID later. Leave time to explore the network of trails at the top and there is a small vista near by. Enjoy the hike and the cache. MtnDave
