The cache is hidden near another "hysterical" marker. The mormon militia trained here in 1857. If you go over and read the marker and then discreetly rip through the nearby brush, looking for the cache, no one will notice.
I realize that most wheelchairs could not get to this one. Terrain up to 1.5.
