Cache is located in a little used and very quiet section of Robert E. Lee Park overlooking a tributary to Roland Run.
This cache has been placed to assuage your guilt. We all carry around something for which we are guilty and just finding and logging this cache will help ease your burden. Why you ask, isn't this the province of some higher source, perhaps, but let me explain. In this cache the first finder will find a travel bug, a travel bug that has been sitting idle for many, many months, a travel bug that this hider had every intention to put back in circulation in the recommended two weeks, but two weeks soon turned into two months. This travel bug was bursting at the seams of my backpack, there never seemed to be an appropriate location to let him chase his dream. He even followed me to Italy, but alas, in Italy, everything is smaller, at least caches and cars, so he returned with me. In placing this cache, with this long over held travel bug, I invite you to assuage your guilt by finding the cache.
