Last of the "WHO" cache series located in the Birds of Prey area.
This cache is located at an old water wheel on the Snake River within the Birds of Prey area. I believe this water wheel was used to move water into ditches and canals for the mining of placer gold. If you have any other information be sure and post it. If you look at the hill across the river you will be able to see the face on the mountain.
